.net core developer

I am looking for a .NET Core Web Application Developer, to help me finish 2 SAAS based products. You will need to have demonstrable skills in:
- Upgrade to see actual info Core (2.1)
- EntityFramework & MSSQL
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- REST API
- Identity / Authentication / Permission based authorisation

You should have an understanding of Upgrade to see actual info development environment, and know about server/website optimization, and an idea of how payment gateways work.

You should also:
- know JIRA,
- use Slack/Skype (video catchup regularly),
- must own computer (with dual monitors) and have relevant softwares
- live in an area with reliable power and internet service

I will provide brief training and walk-through the web app. I already have a list of tasks and full requirement list.
