My name is Yannis, I am the owner of Empowered Entrepreneur Secrets and I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me out with my business. Empowered Entrepreneur Secrets is a consultancy where we help overworked entrepreneurs to become more productive and live on their own terms - which means that working with us will also help you learn more things about productivity and time management! We are already a team of 7 people and we are growing fast, which means you will be surrounded by other A-players as well who are experts at what they do - so you can learn about other fields of business and network with like-minded individuals.

About the Position:
- Research Podcasts on my niche I could go and share my message
- Sending emails to Podcasts hosts to interview me on their podcast
- Follow up with Podcasts hosts that didn't reply
- Research for people I could interview on MY podcast and email them and arrange the date
- Setting appointments on my calendar and remind me what needs to be done
and in general day to day coordination of my busy schedule so that the business does NOT fall behind (reminding me calls with clients, arranging calls with my team, messaging the rest of my team to inform them about new appointments, etc)

REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be paying attention to the details
- You need to have an impeccable work ethic
- Flawless English writing and reading communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Proficient in word and excel
- Appetite to learn more things and develop yourself
- Reliable internet connection
- Always punctual
- Fun to be around. We are not a prison after all - we are a family!

More Details:
- The position is open now, you could literally start tomorrow.
- This is a paid full-time position. You start with a salary of $450/month which could be increased over time upon successful collaboration.
- We have created video training for you in order to get you up to speed and give you a guideline to follow.
-Weekly accountability team meetings will take place in order to review the projects and strengthen our relationship. Also every couple of months we are doing coaching sessions (free obviously since you will be part of my team) on productivity and self-development so you can have the ability to furthermore improve yourself.
- You will be added to a slack channel for our daily communication. We can be in almost daily communication if you need to. I will guide you step by step and help you with anything you need. WE are a TEAM...
