Wordpress Specialist, Web Designer & Developer

Looking for a graphic design wizard who can also implement the designs into html5/css for wordpress sites.

IMPORTANT: You must be both a designer and developer! If you can not do both, please do not apply.

Required Skills - meaning you must understand and be accomplished at these skills:
HTML5
PHP
Adobe PhotoShop
Responsive Theme development
WordPress Multisite
Wordpress Custom Post Types
Image compression/optimization
Website Optimization (particularly as it relates to wordpress)
Must Speak Fluent English

Skills that are a definite plus:
Familiar with WordPress plugins DigitalAccessPass (DAP), Group Buying Site (GBS), WPMU MarketPress
3rd Party API integration
Search Engine Optimization
Internet Marketing
Google Structured Data implementation


This is a very large ecommerce/membership website that integrates affiliate marketing. There are 3 main plugin being used Digital Access Pass, GroupBuying Site and WPMU Marketpress running on Wordpress Multisite. Network Sites will be built up and added rapidly. Requires design abilities, installation abilities, optimization, and coding/customization of theme for specific look desired.

Must be a problem solver and someone that will be very reliable. Wireframes of each page template will be provided for you to provide .psd designs before coding begins. Project milestones have been defined.

Examples of items needed: Logos, on-page graphic elements (buttons, banners, headers, etc.), wordpress theme customizations (for aesthetics and to meet specific design requirements), wordpress page templates, and more!
All graphics need to be provided in raw format as well as in a format best optimized for the web.

You must be able to respond quickly to project needs and get things done quickly and efficiently. The ability to provide quick turn-around on designs and code changes is a must.

You must be available during the hours of 7:00pm to 11pm PST (US), Monday-Friday the other hours you can choose when you want to work.

We are looking for a full-time freelancer, not a college student or someone who has another full-time job. Someone that is looking for long term work and that is driven and most of all takes great pride in their work.
