We are seeking a full-time highly talented "Rock Star" Director of Digital Marketing & Business Development who can work from home in the Philippines.

You will report directly to our CEO to strategize, execute, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and sales funnels to generate leads and revenue for our agency.


SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5-7 years digital marketing experience
• You must demonstrate proven experience and success generating leads/opportunities/revenue specifically for digital marketing and/or web development agencies. This is 100% required (please do not apply if you don’t have such experience).
• Proven experience strategizing, executing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and sales funnels
• Proven experience generating traffic, leads, and revenue
• Proven experience tracking and optimizing KPIs
• Proven experience with at least 2-3 of the following: SEM, SEO, email marketing (lead nurturing), email marketing (cold campaigns), social media marketing, LinkedIn marketing
• Excellent analytical and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Extremely strong organizational skills & keen attention to detail
• Natural curiosity and passion for learning and leveraging new technology to optimize results
• 100% commitment to being accountable in your work
