Graphic Designer, new corporate branding, logo, merchandise branding/labels

My business is selling roasted coffee beans in bags to consumers who enjoy camping and visiting national parks. We are a new company so we are looking for the following:

1) Develop and Design our Corporate Logo with name included in the logo
2) Develop Corporate Branding and our Corporate Style Guide to match our company's Mission and Vision related to National Parks and people who travel to visit national parks and enjoy coffee. (We are a brand new company with only a brand name and no logo, no brand style guide.
3) Graphic Designs for labels and packaging for our coffee beans packaged in brown bags and sold online and in retail stores.
4) We will have about 24 different labels with unique graphic designs made related to the name of the national parks.
5) Matching with the graphic designed packaging/labels for the coffee, we will need the graphic design to be placed on coffee mugs, travel thermal containers, french press coffee makers, coffee pots, coffee grinders, and other coffee related products, and for shirts and baseball caps.
6) We are looking for a graphic designer to use long term.
7) We seek a graphic designer who can design "Lifestyle" brands and graphics, and modern or nostalgic, or old-school retro designs.
8. A variety of Graphic Designs will also be used on the website, blogs, instagram, facebook, etc.
9. We seek a longterm work relationship
10. The ideal graphic designer will be part of team, therefore, you will work and collaborate with our web developer/designer and our sales and marketing team.
11. If we continue to work with you, our CEO may visit the Philippines.
