Link Cleanup For Disavow

I am looking for a SEO professional to take the time and do a thorough analysis of the back links to my website. The applicant must demonstrate a clear understanding of bad links to good links. Had experience with this in the past. Please explain how you will evaluate the links. What tools etc.

I have already done a disavow with about 960 domains added. This will be a by the hour job that you must use a work tracker so I can review your progress. I will provide that. I require 8 hours per day time dedicated to this as I want this done sooner rather than later. If I notice on the work tracker that work is being done super slow or that only a small amount of time is being put in I will end employment because I need this done soon.

If this is done in a timely manner and this may turn into further tasks if I am please with the speed and quality of work being done.
