Contacting Influencers / Influencer Outreach

I am looking for someone that can contact Instagram Influencers. The deal is basically to contact relevant Instagram influencers in the right categories/niches and present them with an opportunity to promote my book club on their page as an affiliate and then they will earn a commission on each sale.
