JOB OVERVIEW

Our Company is a new Online retailer that Specializes in the Amazon business. We are looking for someone who would like to learn and grow with us. Tasks include: researching new products, manage Social media, increase and getting more traffic to the website, handle our customer service and other business related tasks. Hopefully, with your input, we can grow together, which will be a win-win for both of us!

We love open and frequent communication, it is essential for us to get to know you and we want to develop you in this role as you get better and better at the job! We are treating our employee as a partner and appreciate any input in business or Upgrade to see actual infoe work for us!

Job Responsibilities:
Research new product by using specific techniques (Training Provided)
Expand existing product lines, perform research on new products, write article/blogs on products (Your writing skills required)
Manage Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube (Your skills required)
Manage customer service (Your skills required)

Key Skills:
Websites management - need to include SEO Plugins and google map embedded, Content, Pics, Etc (Your skills required)
Strong computer skills, including excellent working knowledge of Google, Microsoft, Photoshop Graphic Design
Excellent English skills, including speaking and writing blogs and article for Social Media
Writing skills including writing blogs, engage customers, product promotions
Quick Learner, able to follow the direction that is spoken and written
Able to work independently to complete tasks on time and efficiently

You enjoy working on the computer and working Upgrade to see actual info’s easy for you to work remotely and you have Internet
You enjoy working independently, provide creative ideas, take responsibilities for your project/ideas
Access and a space that you can work in that does not have distractions
Delivering projects on time and correctly is important to you
Preferably had some experience with Amazon business, if not, willing to go through our extensive training

Daily Checklist
Research new product by using specific techniques – 1hours/day minimum (Training Provided)
Check and reply to any customer messages within the Amazon messaging system (multiple times throughout the day)
Check your product reviews and respond as needed
Check for any seller feedback and respond as required
Check for questions or comments on your listing and make sure you respond to them
Check for refunds and contact those customers
Social Media/Content Marketing/ writing contents/blogging

Other Details
This position is temporary to permanent. After 90 days the company will evaluate the position and the candidate to determine if there is a need for the position full time and if the candidate is the right person for the full-time position
The candidate is expected to have their own computer with a reliable internet connection.
You will be provided with the software you need, including research for product software for chrome.
All payment will be made through PayPal

SKILLS AND TOOLS REQUIRED
Written English: writing article and posts on Social Media, manage customer service emails
Good understanding of marketing and human psychology
Good knowledge of current market trends
Communication, Initiative, teamwork, meeting deadlines

Proactive attitude
You must be able to search and find "winners", trendy, organized, passionate what you do, take pride in your work do and willing to learn.

Key Qualifications:
Experienced in Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Product Display Ads
Excellent written and spoken English (good spelling is a must)
