What we are looking for:
Responsibilities:
• Answer Phones and be the first point of contact
•
• Manage all systems, for buyers and sellers, data management and back office support
• Set up appointments
• Assist with social media platforms
• Pre-qualify new leads based on our company guidelines
• Consistently follow-up with new and existing leads
Qualifications:
• Self-starter
• Team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven working knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office 365
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Goal oriented
• Service-based attitude
• Able to take direction
Additional Skills Required:
• Positive Attitude a MUST!
• Previous cold calling, appointment setting, and telemarketing is a huge PLUS!
This position is not office based, meaning you’re able to work from your home office. In addition, all candidates must have a flexible schedule, as this position requires availability during normal business hours.
