T-Shirt Designer/Illustrator - for a longer cooperation (more than 100 designs)

I need a designer who wants to work with me for a longer term.
I'll pay you on a per design basis, for every design, I pay $ 1.50. I always pay once a month via PayPal.
The process always runs the same way. I send my ideas, with sample photos, I write a small text in it is how the design should change and ---------- this way, the designer has a precise plan and less work.
You'll get paid for the first design, even if I do not like it that much. If I like your design, then I may congratulate you on a new job.

• The T-Shirt Graphic Designer / Illustrator should have experience in:

- Create HAND-DRAWN and ORIGINAL creative T-Shirt designs
- TYPOGRAPHIC DESIGN experience (Hand-drawn in many cases)
- Be able to create up to 1/2 original designs per day
- Good English skills


• Graphics & Multimedia

- Graphics Editing
- Illustrator
- Logo Design
- Photoshop
- Shirt Design

• It is VERY important that:

- You make sure NOTHING you design violates a copyright
- Nothing you send was ever presiously or will be never in the future be sent to anyone else (all oringal designs)
