HTML Expert -- Makati or Bulacan office

The HTML Expert converts documents from various formats to HTML by following a set STYLE. Quality and turn-around-time is very crucial and must be met within the time allowed.


Job description:
• Should be an expert in HTML and Dreamweaver
• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Create/extract images from the PDF and save as JPG
• Advanced level in Microsoft Word 2010, MSExcel 2010 and PowerPoint
• Convert/format documents from other software applications to HTML format utilizing client standards and formats
• Responsible for timely completion of documents assigned to her/him
• Ensure proper workflow procedures are followed e.g. processing of jobs
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all the software needed to process the jobs
• Strong communication skills

Should be willing to undergo remote/online training.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience. Newly graduates welcome to apply.
• Prior document processing experience in a team environment is an advantage
• Adapt to and work effectively and efficiently both individually and within a group
• Ability to produce accurate work product
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work overtime
• Ability to solve problems quickly and detail oriented
• Should be trustworthy and reliable
• Ability to learn new skills rapidly


Skills:
• Flexibility in shift time (1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd) as well as with weekend and holidays
• Typing 55 wpm
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Intermediate skills in Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Working knowledge of windows applications, including e-mail and document management systems
