Video Editor for YouTube Channel

Searching to hire a video editor to edit my YouTube videos and family vlogs. Would be about 2-3 videos per week, each video is typically under 15 mins long. The editing I currently do is super basic, just a jump cut style, with transitions.

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro & Photoshop (to create the YouTube thumbnails) is preferred.

If you can create promo videos for our Instagram, that is a huge plus as well!
