2. Type of Position
This position is for a project-based freelancer. We would like to have someone who can help us with the occasional design project that comes up

3. Working Time Zone
Our business is in Eastern Standard Timezone (EST).

However, the graphic design assistant can work on your own schedule.

4. Skills
We’re looking for a good graphic designer who can help us create different designs for our online business.

A qualified candidate MUST possess advanced skills in the Adobe suite, in particular with Adobe Photoshop and Indesign.

Skill with Adobe Illustrator is a big plus too.

The most important trait we require is attention to detail. Please only apply for this position if you consider yourself a “detail-oriented” person.

We also only work with people who are positive, friendly, and who have good written and verbal English communication skills.

Please note: This is NOT a position that will provide you with regular hours in the beginning.

The graphic designer will be project-based in the beginning on an as-needed basis.

We will outline the scope of a project and then once you’re finished with it we will send payment via PayPal.

I am a multi-business owner. I am actively involved in growing 2 businesses currently (each in a different capacity), both of which are in the early stages of growth.

My primary business is a training and development company called Learn Your Brain. We teach business owners, non-profit leaders and other “key leaders” the skills to become better “transformational leaders” within their organizations.

Needless to say, we believe in taking good care of our people and developing them over time.

There is the possibility that this position can become a regular part-time or full-time position down the road.

We’re looking for someone we can count on in the short-term and the long-term.

-Flexibility and the ability to adapt on the fly

5. Proposed Compensation

$4.25/hr - $4.75/hr starting out (depending on experience) - As your skill-set and experience with us grows over time, we will look at increasing your pay.

6. Work Description

Design tasks might include:

-Creating unique designs for PDF reports and guides using InDesign (this is the first project we need completed)
-Creating 2D and 3D covers for eBooks and Reports
-Creating unique titles and graphics for video projects
-Creating unique blog graphics and feature images for blogs
-Etc.
