Video Editor Needed

Seeking video editor for our weekly YouTube videos as well as video ads we occasionally create. Work would consist of editing 4 Youtube videos per month ranging from 5-15 minutes each as well as a short 1 minute clip with captions for each of them.

Ideally we would love for someone to be able to select great music for the clips as well as choose their own b-roll for the Youtube videos. Turn around time will be 2 weeks after we send the raw videos to Upgrade to see actual info will be about 4-8 hours of work per month.
