Overview:Travel Visa Pro is looking for a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative who will be the voice of the company. You’ll work within an established and supportive team with a primary focus of new client implementations, current client management and resolving issues quickly. You will be a key member of the team providing Tier 1 support to our clients. If you love customer service, diverse challenges, know how to deliver, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to join our Team!
Previous experience in customer service call agent or visa and passport industry is a plus!
Basic Qualifications:
Verbal and written communication skills in English
Works well in a fast-moving team environment and is able multitask
Experience implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting customer issues
Desire to mentor team members
Work Hours:
Monday-Friday 11am -7pm CST
