What do you need help with?

Credit Jet is not looking for a Virtual Assistant to just fill a job..what we want. This position is a stepping stone to joining a cutting edge digital marketing agency & media company. We’ve worked hard at becoming one of the best in our niche and we’re still growing. The only thing we need is more professional, pro-active people to grow with us.

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position or our team. After reviewing all proposals, we will contact select applicants for an audition and then a 15 minute voice interview. The position will start at 15 hours per week and starting pay is based upon experience ($5-$8) per hour with all possibilities for raises based upon work performance.

A strong interest in video editing and being creative is the primary quality we are looking for ( We can train you on everything else). An interest in digital marketing is a plus.

What will the freelance be doing?

Your role will be editing content videos and/or vlogs uploaded to one of our YouTube channels. Each week we create three 7-15 minute videos on digital marketing, business building, & repairing credit. You will be given a video outline, list of similar videos, previously used b-roll footage, a PowerPoint presentations, diagrams and a library of stock footage/images to create the ---------- will be your job to take that information and produce:

+Error Free Rough Draft
+Polished YouTube Video

Each content video is typically filmed from one camera in one take. You will be responsible for removing the pauses and mistakes from the video. The goal is to create a polished video free of errors and minimal cuts where mistakes have been removed.

*Note: Clean corporate style editing is what we are most interested in. You need to be comfortable with the english language.*

Once the rough draft is approved, you’ll be responsible for adding lower thirds, creating quote animations to draw attention to key points of the video, adding the PowerPoint Presentation, and adding video ---------- addition to the specific media provided to you for each video, you’ll need to be creative in choosing stock footage, b-rolls, and background music to make the video as engaging/entertaining for the viewer as possible. The marketing and sales tutorials can become complex which is why having additional media on top of the presenter speaking is so important to breaking down advanced marketing strategies for viewers.

You will have access to a large library of previously created presentations (over 100) and sample videos to help you created new designs. Here is the sample of videos styles we aspire:

What qualities are needed to be successful?

Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As corny as it sounds, there are 2 qualities that we are looking ---------- egrity and ---------- egrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with myself and your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or made a mistake be upfront about it. We’re all human after all..

Commitment. We’ve had freelancers for one project and others for over 3 years. I’m looking for someone who is looking for a long term relationship with the expectation that this could become full time.
