Looking for a part-time personal assistant who can put circa 20 hours a week (half time), flexible hours. My timezone is GMT.
- introduce schedules, rigorous planning, life-hacks;
- improve household virtual management;
- perform research tasks and assistance coordinating personal projects;
- project management on real estate assets and investments;
- sorting out correspondence and organise/manage address book;
- managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments;
- booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation;
- set up and manage CRM system;
- support on business development;
- organising private and work social events and conferences;
- reminding of important tasks and deadlines;
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence;
- managing databases and filing systems
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems;
- liaising with family members;
- collating and filing expenses;
- administrative filings of private companies;
Skills required:
- Great communication skills via phone,
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar, Microsoft Office
- PowerPoint wizard;
