Hiring: Sales Rep for Religious Gifts

Thank you for taking the time to read our ad. We are a family owned business looking to add a new member to our team. Specifically we are looking for someone to take over our sales work so that we can focus on running the business. You will be joining a small family company that has been around since 1969. Being a family owned business we believe in treating our employees right, and only ask the same in return. Unlike many other companies, our products are nothing to be ashamed of. We sell handmade religious gifts that are made in Bethlehem. You can see our retail site at http://www.jerusalemexport.com/.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone to come and help with our B2B sales (phone calls and email). So you need to be comfortable making both warm and cold calls. You will be working from home on a full time basis for 40 hours per week making calls/emails from lists provided by us, those generated by you and answering emails from potential customers. We will train you on how to generate the lists to help increase your commissions. In support of your sales efforts the successful candidate will be provided with a set of scripts summarizing company products.

Responsible individual must be capable of making calls most of the day and providing detailed notes in our CRM system. Must be self-motivated. To work from home you will need a high speed internet connection for the phone calls and the ability to access our CRM system from home. You will need to have Skype to communicate with us as well as some manner of making calls to the USA on a daily basis. Either through Skype or if you have another option that can also work.

Please note that as we are targeting US companies, we will need you to be able to work from 12:00 PM to 8 PM EST Monday - Friday.

Compensation:

For compensation we can do a monthly salary + sales commission, or a commission only option. In the case of commission only the commission percent would be much higher. You will be credited not only with sales that you close, but also with leads you generate and that we close together as a team.
