Vacation Rental VA Needed!

Exciting Opportunity to be part of new business and build a career!

Hi,

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive VA to help with the day to day running of our rapidly growing Vacation Rental business.

We operate a number of properties that we rent out on a short term basis through websites like AirBnB and Upgrade to see actual info to guests visiting our city for business.

We currently have four properties but plan to grow this to 30 by the end of 2020. There is therefore an opportunity for the right candidate to grow with the business and progress their career (and salary).

Main duties include:

- Responding to emails/messages
- Calling guests
- Answering calls from guests
- Taking payment and I.D from guests
- Leaving reviews for guests
- Scheduling cleaning with cleaning team
- Updating spreadsheets with information

Essential Skills:

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to use initiative in situations
- Assertiveness (e.g saying “No” to guests if their requests are unreasonable)
- Reliable
- Availability 7 days per week

Desirable Skills:

- Knowledge of the Serviced Accommodation industry (not essential as training provided to the right candidate)
- Knowledge of software such as Tokeet, Trello, Slack etc (again, training provided)

Time and Salary:

Initially this is a part-time job that will require 21 hours per week (3hrs per day) 7 days per week, however we will be looking to make it full time and get additional weekend support within 3 months.

The starting starting salary is $300 per month with the option to earn an additional $50 bonus if certain objectives are met.
