Back-End Developer (PYTHON)

We are looking for a Back-End Web Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Good Experience in programming (high coding skills will be considered)
• Ability to work effectively with a broad range of staff members, both technical and non-technical, to understand and interpret requirements leading to the technical implementation
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask and to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrate motivation to learn new skills and technologies, curiosity and highly detailed oriented. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong written and oral communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years work experience in the field
• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
• Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or with a group.
