Full time person required to be prospecting on behalf of my clients on LinkedIn.
Must be highly experienced in LinkedIn (and occasionally other social media tools) and have knowledge on prospecting with groups and approaching people appropriately.
A considerable amount of research is required and data recording of results to be done each day.
It is a 5-day a week position - 40 hours per week.
Clear communication and excellent English skills are required to complete this job successfully.
Ongoing bonuses will be given as per performance goals are met.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage content creation, curation and editorial process for our clients presence across social media platforms.
• Monitor for clients brand mentions across the social web. Identify and engage with posts that provide an opportunity to positively impact brand reputation.
• Drive paid social advertising campaigns to increase audience size and drive engagement with social media content.
• Regularly report on key metrics and derive actionable insights from clients social media activities.
• Support social media strategy alignment across business units and develop case studies for shared success.
• Research new trends, develop social media pilots & participate in tests on integrated campaigns, capturing data & insights so that successes can be duplicated.
• Develop and contribute to a training program for relevant stakeholders and participants.
• Support rollout and maintenance of core social media management technologies.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Knowledge/Skills:
• Familiarity with web analytics systems and social media technologies including hootsuite, leadpages, and mailchimp.
• Experience driving paid social media campaigns across, Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter.
• Team-oriented; professional and cooperative attitude.
• Willingness to experiment, collaborate, and pilot with astounding curiosity and metrics tracking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, google drive, google docs and commonly used web browsers.
