Sales Development Associate (Telephone Sales)

I am a mortgage broker located in Austin, TX. I'm hiring someone with excellent English speaking skills (no accent) to help make calls to leads we receive each day.

You will be calling individuals that have applied for home financing and offering them a free second quote. There is no obligation or cost for them to receive the quote. It is a free service. If they agree to a free quote, you would take some basic information from them and pass the lead back to the US. We would then prepare the quote and contact them to present it.

While it's a free service, it is still sales. People will tell you they aren't interested, even though what we offer helps them. You need to be comfortable with being told no and still calling new leads.

We will offer a power dialer, which will simplify the job and make it more enjoyable. The power dialer will dial the numbers for you and help you track your results with much less work. You still control when it dials next and you control your work pace, but it will remove the tedious dialing and call logging for you. It will also help you achieve better results and qualify for bonuses easier.

I am open to hiring one full-time person, or two part-time. I'm more interested in finding the right person and making it work to fit both our needs.

I addition to the base salary, there will be a weekly bonus program based on how many new quote requests you sell. A good salesperson should be able to earn another 2,500 - 6,000 per week in additional bonus. My goal is to create an exciting opportunity for the right saleswoman or salesman.
