Inbound and Outbound Call Associate

Inbound and outbound caller needed to assist with real estate startup company. Cold calling will be the majority of the work required for this role. This person will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and texts as well as outbound calls and texts. Good english and the ability to make and receive calls from 8-5 CST are a requirement. Must be flexible with the development of new processes. Good English speaking and writing skills are required. Hourly rate and bonuses for completed deals will be provided. When deals are closed a bonus of $250 will be paid. Pay will be evaluated after the first three months of work. If the work exceeds expectations the pay will move to $4 per hour (bonus will stay the same).
