Graphic Design/Video Editor

Looking for a creative and experienced graphic designer and video editor. Must be able to do both. Standard tasks will include making creative edits to photos to be used on social media posts, as well as cutting together 10 and 15 second videos to include titles, music, and eye-catching themes. Must be willing to work during normal US hours according to PST.
