Hello,
We are a fast-growing and highly professional high-ticket e-commerce company.
We currently have a job position open for 1 e-commerce store and this will soon expand to 2-3 stores within the next 2-4 months.
We are not a general low price drop shipping website and we are not looking for someone who only has experience with dealing with these type of stores.
We are working with multiple manufacturers across the united states and selling products with average product price being $2,000.
We currently get around 25 high priced orders a month and averaging 1-2 inquiries a day so we need someone to handle the increased workload that will happen in the following months.
Besides the regular hourly rate, there will be commission based work for an additional opportunity for a bigger salary and there is a potential of a yearly bonus if you are one of the top performers.
We also have a book club which you can join where you can choose or receive 1 book a quarter to further your personal and professional growth.

Your 3 Main Responsibilities
- Answering Customers
- Processing Orders
- Calling new Potential Suppliers with the Script Provided
We need an enthusiastic intelligent individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem even though most of the answers are already recorded in our customer support document. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the customer service, shipping logistics and will be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
We need a highly organized and efficient shipping logistics manager to take over the shipping and receiving components of our operation. The successful candidate will handle scheduling an order pick, making sure they are delivered and handling any damaged or return issues.
We need an overall assistant who can create standard operating procedures, call new potential suppliers and can finish project with successful completion on their own.
Customer Support & Logistics Manager Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer inquiries regarding service and product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every potential customer and learning the sales script.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Recording Sales
- Must be available to work occasional holidays and weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Build and maintain professional relationships with the manufacturers
- Recording customer support situations or questions that come up.
- Being highly organized and aware when it comes to setting up and tracking shipments.
- Very occasionally managing the website making sure that the website is functional and all products are approved
