JOB OVERVIEW

Hi - you will be working for a young company ( ---------- ), we help business owners generate high amounts of texts to inform, invite, remind, create quick survey or collect payments. And we are looking for someone that would helps us keep growing.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Social Media Management: You will have to run a Facebook page and a Linkedin Page. There must be a minimum of 1 Facebook post and 1 LinkedIn post per day. The goal is for you to grow a social media following.
2. Customer Service: You will also be responsible for our chat system by responding to any questions about the site or/and the system. You will also be responsible for adhering to the customer/lead management schedule as mapped out. You will be trained.
3. Meeting Organization and Preparation: I assist 2-3 meetings a week. Your responsibility will be to reach out to all of those people and introduce our texting service as it applies to their business line/industry.
4. Protocol Writing: You will be responsible for writing out instructions manual with all industries we can affect and help with our services.
5. Some other tasks will include research and willingness to learn and help us grow.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Experience in lead generation
• Able to deliver a company’s presentation with passion, commitment, courtesy and professionalism with ethical selling standards
• Able to build trust and rapport with customers
• Positive attitude towards work with a high level of integrity
• Lead Generation for my texting business

Preferred Qualifications:
• Expertise in SEO technology
• Wordpress knowledge

Other: This will start as a part time of about 20hrs but can go up to 40hrs (I will base salary in dollars).
