Shopify Developer

I'm looking for a long term designer/developer that has experience with Shopify and can complete projects on an as-needed basis for our business. Examples of projects needed,

Change the top header bar to provide a unique message based on if the visitor is a repeat visitor or new
Move product star rating from near the title to near the add to cart button
To as extensive as to create an entire new Shopify site based on this theme and this content/images
I expect to have an average of 10 hours of work per week for you.

I'm looking for someone who is good, ambitious, a problem solver, and good communicator. I don't like to micromanage, I like to give direction on a call and details and answer your questions, then give you the freedom to implement in the best way done.

I want someone who has this mindset,

Understand the task at hand/problem to solve
Think/short research best way to achieve that result/fix that problem
Implement the solution
Test the solution to make sure it didn't break anything.
