You will be responsible to organize several real estate programs e.g. Diamonds In The Rough by Rick Diamond, finding and submitting niche real estate properties for a fee [I have a program to find and submit to our network]. Real Estate Overages, finding former owners of Tax Foreclosed properties to have them contract us to recover their overages from the Tax Foreclosed property for a fee [I have the program to find and submit information on behalf of individuals]. REIMatcher Pro a full real estate program that will find, sell, market, and handle all real estate related activities from start to finish within our network. In short you will be tasked to know the workings of each program have the programs set out so virtual assistants will gather information and submit compartmentalized information to a central hub for processing. All the training that will be needed is available within each system and a break out training modules are available on a as need basis. If you are the right individual this working interview can become a full time position.
Note: To be effective at this job you will need to innately know "how to" perform the various tasks, in the event an employee is not available, once the system is up and operational your function will be to keep it going, find needed persons and "keep the ship afloat"
