Virtual Assistant (with youtube experience)

I make youtube videos and have 2 channels ( ---------- and ---------- )

I need someone who can syndicate my content in the following way:

1. Every video you'll write up a 300 to 500 word summary of the video's main points and put it in the description.

2. You'll then transfer that summary and convert it into an article for my website ( ---------- )

3. You'll then email the article to my email list

4. My emails aren't being opened as much so i need someone who is creative with email marketing and how to make sure my emails are opened.

I'll provide training if needed. I just want someone who's willing to learn.

IF you have experience with social media management it's a plus. I have so much content that needs to be syndicated that I need someone who's creative and has ideas on what to do with my vast library of content. I need to convert them but it's just so much that it truly overwhelms me.
