PART TIME/FREELANCE VA FOR ADMIN DUTIES
Responsibilities:
- To create invoices, paying attention to individual customer arrangements.
- To use Hubspot to access/manage customer details
- To schedule daily jobs for engineers using online SMS provider
- To route jobs geographically in an efficient manner
- To manage Outlook Calendar for engineers
- To match remittances to outstanding invoices
- To complete admin tasks (updating CRM, forwarding receipts to our online invoice recorder etc).
Experience/Skills Required:
Excellent English
Has worked remotely before.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive.
Pays close attention to detail.
Able and willing to learn enough about our kind of business.
Discretion and confidentiality.
This will be a pivotal role in our business and there are excellent prospects for the right person. You will be working directly for the owners of the company who are willing to support you and give clear guidance/instruction and training.
