Virtual Assistant: Family Business Entertainment, New York City

We're looking for a virtual assistant to come on board for 40 hours/week in May, and if it goes well, beyond that. We like your profile and clearly, your skills and english are excellent. With us, you will have the opportunity to be involved at the forefront of entertainment and technology, doing exciting work in the music business. Within the next year we want to build it up to a bigger business. To do that, we need some assistance, and that could be you!

Who we are looking for is a very detail-oriented, smart, well-spoken person to join the team and support in the daily activities that need to get done for Family Business. This could be a range of things:

- organizing emails
- liaising with artists
- updating copy on the website
- administering social media accounts
- creating new email addresses through our web host
- emailing potential artists, clients
- data gathering on concert venues

and more.
