JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for an assistant to help with the following programs & software. Someone that can work in a fast environment, Part time & during normal business hours. You need to have knowledge of the steps and procedures of a real estate transaction (Listing Documents/while in escrow and closing). You need to understand the difference between the listing and buyers side. Access to reliable, fast internet and a well performing computer is a must. Apply or inquire about the position if you have Real Estate/Transaction Coordinator experience. You will be in charge of monitoring each transaction with key dates.

CAR FORMS
DOTLOOP
GREEN SHEETS
SKYSLOPE
BROKER MINT
REALITY BACK OFFERS
DOCUSIGN
GLIDE
WISE AGENT
GOOGLE DRIVES
EXCEL

Part Time Hours may change to Full Time Hours when I get busy. Minimum of 15 hours weekly is required and will raise higher during heavier week loads.
