Vector Illustrator & Virtual Assistant for Facebook Advertising Team

Hi we are currently seeking a new member to join our growing Facebook advertising section.

We specialise in running Facebook ads in various niches and are looking for an experienced Illustrator to join our team. Other roles will include general admin and maintenance of Facebook ads, ad accounts, and pages.

The successful candidate will have experience with the Adobe suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, (or equivalent media software), and be able to create Images of varying style’s to a high standard. Experience with tracing with or without a tablet is essential due to the style of most of our images. Experience with video editing is also highly desirable but not essential as training can be provided for the right person.

You would need to be able to create variations of an image we supply you (mostly vector graphics), in a similar style whenever necessary. Also once you have a better understanding of what’s working you would need to use your creativity to create similar (but not identical) images on a regular basis. We would expect you to be able to work autonomously without supervision after training.

As I mentioned, we also do a lot of short marketing videos for our ads and are currently researching new software for the purpose. If you have any experience with a particular software we could look at adopting that, for you to be most comfortable.

Experience with Facebook marketing is also highly desirable but not essential. Daily upkeep of Facebook pages will be required, regular posts using your creatives and other relevant up to date information from your internet research. As well as replying to comments and messages on the pages. We would also like you to be able to create draft ads after training that we can QA and publish regularly. Copy writing experience would also be highly desirable, for use in the page posts and ads.

They will be the main tasks for the successful candidate, but I’m sure there will be more to it as we start to build momentum. If you are interested in joining our team, we will be looking for someone to come on initially for a 20 hour per week trial period leading to full time work for the right person.
