Virtual Assistant

Kia Ora from New Zealand! We are a small company that renta and ship party equipment all over New Zealand. Primary to kids birthday party. We are looking for a VA to grow with our business. We do not require you to be working New Zealand time.

Here are the tasks that we need assist on:
Create social media posts
Research on all related subjects to help grow business. Ads Ideas, Giveaway Ideas, influencers to co-lab with, partners in the same industry etc.
Reach out to local Influencers to co-lab
Reach out to potential partners
Help with Canva images and advertisements
Oversee Facebook ads
Reply to online enquiries
Reconcile Sales and Payment

Skills Required:
Familiar with Wordpress
Familiar with Canva and other popular editing software
Have online marketing experience
Fluent in English

You must be detailed oriented, self-starter & motivated.

Applicant must have proper grammatical, written English skills and be able to communicate efficiently and correctly. Please include past projects you have worked on and any skills you possess that would help contribute to the above tasks I have set forth.

This could be around 10 hours per month to start with and grow over in the future.
