VA to grow with me building my online brand

I'm looking for a general virtual assistant with a passion for online brand building. If you have spent time creating your own blog or are highly interested in working with different social media tools as a way to help grow an audience we need to talk.
My ideal candidate MUST speak and write English very well. You need to have a high comfort level inside of WordPress (so you can help keep blog posts updated, optimized, etc). You must also be highly organized (Excel must make you happy). Most importantly, you need to be able to learn and apply new skills and techniques. One of the tasks I need you to do is read a book called "Building A Story Brand" by Donald Miller and be able to help me identify and implement the strategies laid out in his book.
I am hoping to build a long term relationship with someone who can grow with me as I begin to build out my own brand/business over the next several years.
I'm looking for an individual NOT a firm.
