-Provide clients with warranty renewal quotes and maintain records of warranty renewal
-Provide clients with quotes for technology items such as computers and software
-Contact Distributors such as Ingram Micro, Tech Data and Synnex to spec out proper hardware
-Assist Company President with miscellaneous tasks and his schedule
-Invoice Clients through ConnectWise - This includes sending monthly invoices
-Setup Agreements within ConnectWise and verify their billing
-Ensure that invoices are synced to Quickbooks Online via WiseSync
-Assist with New Employee on boarding including setting them up in our HR system and submitting their information for a background check
-Reconcile monthly vendor invoices to ensure that we are billing clients back for services we have purchased on their behalf
