Lawyer / Legal Executive / Paralegal - UK Law

We are seeking an ambitious, analytical, hard-working qualified lawyer / legal executive / paralegal on a full-time basis.

You must be very familiar with and have practical experience of UK law, especially with debt claims and property matters. This includes court procedure, issuing claims, filling out forms, writing statements of case, etc.

Your responsibility will be to deal with written in-house legal matters, including disputes, legal advice and strategy.

The following are essential for this work:

- Fluent written and spoken English
- Be familiar with and have practical experience of UK law
- Experience of dealing with debt claims and property matters
- Ability to research independently using correct resources and apply that research to provide
in-house legal advice
- Ability to manage cases remotely

You will be given specific tasks and cases to work on, as well as targets and deadlines.

Days and hours: Monday-Friday, UK business hours (9am - 5pm).
Internet: you must have access to a reliable and fast internet connection with an unlimited data plan.
