Shopify and Ebay Virtual Assistant

I am currently looking for a virtual assistant who can work just for few hours a week. I currently have an ebay store and I am now in the process of setting up my new shopify online store. So the tasks of the virtual assistant would be,

1. Import products from ebay to shopify
2. Make an excel product listing of all my products for both ebay and shopify
3. Add products to my ebay and shopify stores
4. Create a monthly report (sales, income and expenses)
5. Manage my social media accounts (create a post, ads, etc.)

*I am currently based here in Japan so timezone should not be an issue.
