We are hiring an awesome, highly independent & solution focused HIGH LEVEL Project Manager who can take over:

> Manage client engagement and offer support on our live events/conferences
> Handle ongoing projects and see it through completion
> Assistant type tasks including logistics and event management
> Manage clients calendar and generate new leads to market the business
> Handle finances settlement and tracking
> Skilled in operating and maintaining a Woo commerce shop
> Oversee our social media platforms and maintain client engagement

***ESSENTIAL CHARACTER SKILLS***

High Level Project Management skills
Has excellent level of communication Skills in handling progress of projects and timelines
Solution focused personality
Proactive and can take on the task solely from start to finish
Highly independent, and personally driven
ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST!! (this is really important as we don't want things missed)

***SKILLS REQUIRED***
> Knowledge in accounting and payment tracking and follow ups
> Client management and customer service skills
> Excellent computer skills - Gsuite, Gdrive, MS office, Redbooth etc.
> Social Media management experience - maintaining and Posting on pages, re-targeting audiences, FB Bot, FB Live assistance,
Manychat, FB ads, IG Scheduling, You tube management
> Infusionsoft (not essential, however a massive bonus!) - working and editing a campaign, as well as sending and maintaining an email broadcast
> Email handling (Infusionsoft) - sending and scheduling an email broadcast
> Calendar maintenance - Knows how to use Schedule once and Zoom meetings
> Lead Generation and Client list management

**Salary Rate - for the right person, a high salary rate is available**

You will have a one month paid trial period and may have the chance to be hired full time and be eligible to 13th month pay, leave benefits, no work during Philippine Holidays but PAID and an opportunity to live a normal life of working during the day ( 8 am to 5 pm MNL time), PLUS a paid day off every month for self care!
