Virtual Assistant needed for online business

ABOUT THIS POSITION
NorthernMaids is an online booking system for cleaning services in Toronto, ---------- this position, you will find leads for our company by interacting with customers on social media and making phone calls to cleaning contractors to book interviews for the management team. Spoken English needs to be good, you will sometimes need to speak to customers over the phone. We will use the app OpenPhone, which will let you use your internet to answer calls on your smartphone

Also some tech-savvy is a plus. List any experience you have working with software such as email marketing software, social media marketing tools, illustrator tools such as Photoshop or Canva, or any other tools you have experience with.

SALARY INFORMATION
$400/month for the first 3 months, then $485/month (we cover the PayPal fee). 2 weeks paid vacation in Christmas time only (Dec ---------- Jan 7 2020), any other time off will not be paid. Yearly salary increase (2.5% minimum) as the company grows + bonuses based on performance. You will need to work 9am - 5pm EST.
