Video Editor and Graphics Editor

Hi I am Jim and I'm looking for a video creator who can edit and publish my videos. The videos are about buying or selling real estate & Real Estate Investing. 1. What Software do you use for video & graphic editing?
2. How much would you charge per week for editing 5-10 videos? ( video lengths range from 10 minutes to 1 hr long. )
3. How long would you be available to work for me?
