JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Support Experts needed to join a fast-growing E-Commerce company working in the pet industry.

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to join our team working in our customer service team, helping customers by answering their queries about products, shipping, and order updates, as well as handling complaints. We're looking for someone who has multiple years' experience in working with an E-Commerce company selling products online. You need to be familiar with common queries such as 'where is my order?', 'how long will my order take?' etc.

We're looking for someone who is quick to learn new things, is adaptable, is dependable and reliable, and above all is a team player who is always keen to help the customer in the best way they possibly can.

Please describe to me the following:

• One occasion where you have had to deal with an angry customer and how you solved the situation
• One occasion where your manager/team leader was unavailable and so you have to think on your feet and use your initiative.
• Let me know the biggest challenge you face in customer service roles
• Let me know what you enjoy most about customer service roles
