Virtual Assistant (Full-time, Office-based, Cebu) – Social Media Management & Blog Writing

We are a growing e-commerce brand that sells physical products online. We are looking for a full-time virtual assistant to join our team and to help us grow our brand to new levels! We offer a comfortable working environment where you’ll be working together with another colleague (in the same coworking space in Cebu City).

** POSITION OVERVIEW **
Your position will be full-time (40 working hours per week, Philippines time) and you’ll be working together with our other virtual assistant from a coworking space located in Cebu City.
This is a long-term, permanent position in our growing company (so not part-time or project-based).

** JOB DESCRIPTION **
Your job consists of two parts:

1) First of all you’ll be managing all our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest). This means you create content for each account, reply to comments, follow other pages, etc.

2) You will also write articles for our blog on a regular basis. This means a) doing research on the subject and b) writing the article. The writing part is not easy, so you will get help from an experienced writer who will help you and give feedback along the way.


*** DESIRED SKILLS ***
- Fluent in written English: everything you’ll write is in English so we expect you to have excellent English writing skills. This is a MUST have, especially since you’ll be writing articles.
- Dependable & trustworthy. You’re expected to come to the office from Monday to Friday, on time.
- Detail-oriented: this job will require you to really pay attention to detail.
- Quick learner. You will have to learn a lot in a short period of time. We’ll give you the chance to enroll in online courses, however, you’re the one that has to retain and implement everything you’ve learned.

*** HOURS ***
40 working hours per week (8 hours a day, Monday-Friday) day-time shift PHT.
You’ll be working together with another colleague in the same coworking space in Cebu City.
