We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who has some experience in online marketing to help us run our business of online education in Aromatherapy.
You don't have to have a marketing background. However, you DO need to be able to dig in and figure tasks out.
Sometimes, you'll get a full description of the task. Other times, you may have to research and figure out how to set things up. Major plus if you are highly tech savvy and don't mind digging under the hood.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
* Format & Upload
* Format & Upload Blog Posts to Websites
* Format & Upload Videos onto FB, IG & YT (includes subtitles)
* Build out
* Scheduling Social Media Content
* Creating Google Docs
* Simple graphic skills like using Canva
* Proofreading video content, making sure all the grammar in the text is accurate and aligns with what the individual in the video is actually saying.
* Following a detailed video style guide, and making sure our video editors are creating videos that are exactly what the style guide says. Everything from font’s to transitions, etc
* Excellent at speaking, writing, and understanding English. This is a must.
Qualifications:
Must be able to speak, write and understand English in USA, Canada, and the UK perfectly.
Must be detailed oriented, organized and willing to figure things out on your own.
Must be able to use Asana (a project management software)
Must be able to work on weekdays
Must be able to have a PayPal account (this is how we pay you)
Must have good internet and access to a computer during your working hours
You need to be able to reply quickly to videos
Be able to use Google Drive for videos and documents
