Appointment Setter for Farmers Insurance Agency (Calling Clients From Your Location - Remote Staff)
Full-time and Part-time positions available!

(We are looking for a few good people who that are interested in a long-term career path)

Role Description:
Calling clients to set up appointments
Making general phone calls to clients and prospective clients
Taking down information from prospective clients

The Ideal Candidate:
Is upbeat! with a confident and calm voice (think radio host)
Has a high-speed, reliable internet connection
Has a headset and space to call from, free from any background noise

When is the last time you’ve shopped your current insurance?
Can I provide you a competitive insurance proposal from Farmers today?
It is of no cost to you. And makes sure you are getting the best deal/service on your insurance.

Hello! This is Jaye from your Farmers Insurance office: We protect what matters most.
How are you doing today?
I am calling to setup your 30 minute Annual Coverage Check-in with your agent:
Is this week or next best?
And where is convenient for you two to meet? Your home/office/a local coffee shop?
Okay, and what time works for you? We have 10am and 1pm available.
Thank you. I’ve got that down.
Should I call/text/ or email the day before to make sure that time is still convenient for you?
