e-commerce Facebook Ads and Operations Manager wanted for daily operations of online store

Description:
We need an experience e-commerce go-getter to work in the daily operations of our online stores, including customer service.
Duties:
• Daily upload of products to Shopify and Commerce HQ platform shops
• Placing up to ---------- Facebook Ads initially and then ---------- Facebook ads daily
• Monitor FB Ad metrics for scale or kill
• Reading and responding to customer emails.
• Moderation of Facebook messages/comments, and reply when necessary.
• Notify store manager of any issues, such as refunds, disputes, quality issues, customer problems.
• More duties as we grow.
Qualifications Needed:
• Experience in Shopify AND CommerceHQ platforms
• Experience in Smarketly or FunnelBuildr Apps preferred but not necessary
• Excellent Experience in Facebook Marketing and Placing Facebook Ads
• Able to Scale or Kill Facebook Ads depending on performance metrics
• Able to manipulate product images and videos as necessary
• Able to do manual order fulfillment as well as using Dropified app
• Excellent customer service.
• Professionalism and courtesy towards customers.
• Excellent English writing skills and good English speaking skills.
• Organized and ability to work alone without being micro-managed.
Software Skills Wanted:
• Slack software
• Facebook Business Manager
• MS Excel, Word, OneNote
• Adobe Photoshop-Some basic knowledge
• Video editing-Camtasia, Filmora, Animoto, etc
• Shopify
• Aliexpress
• Dropified
