Social Media Marketing Manager

We are an organization focused on empowering young adults with mindful, personal leadership skills so they can thrive as leaders of their own lives, and live more fully in alignment to their values. We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join this movement to help make a positive impact in the world by developing and implementing our social media marketing strategy. The level of effort for this work is anticipated to be a surge for the first month (20-40 hours a week) to get the strategy developed and rolled out, followed by a lower level of effort after that depending on the need and measured effectiveness of the marketing campaign.

Your job goals will be to:
-Develop our organization’s social media strategy
-grow our following on all platforms
-identify hot leads/potential clients
-ensure alignment of our messaging in social with our mission and vision
-develop brand awareness
-create, curate, and manage published content
-oversee graphic design of images to be used on social
-promote content through advertising (volume of which will be outlined in the strategy that you help develop)
-monitor, listen and respond to users about the company
-interact with followers daily
-influencer outreach
-provide analytics/reports
-analyze key metrics and tweak strategy accordingly
