app developer (ios)

i need an ios app with following properties:
1. very simply design
2. user can import DXF/DWG files (2d drawing),
3. user can turn on and off the different layer in this files
4. user can drag and drop different small sketches (which are predefined in the app, around 10 different buttons/sketches)
5. user can move and rotate this sketches in his 2D-Drawing and placed this how he like
6. user can export the whole file as pdf and safe this in his photo album
7. i have all the rights on this app and can decide how i sell this app.
