Experienced Designer Needed for Long-term business

Hi there,

I'm doing this business for 4 years now. I am looking for a part-time or full-time designer, working on Apparel products.
***What I need from you:

1. GREAT DESIGN SKILL & CREATIVITY. (Important)
2. Good English + understanding the American market.
3. The ability to create 10-20 of designs per day on average.
4. Work hard!! and on-time.

***My kind of designs are graphic designs, vector, and some effect so that if you are skillful at Photoshop/Illustrator/Corel, you can make then super ---------- te: Some designs needs hand-draw skill.

***Job Requirement: I will send you the task everyday. Based on original tasks, you will create a new style of design.

***About Payment:
- I will pay from $2-$3 per design, with 10-20 designs per day, so you can earn $30-$60 per day.
- Payment will be sent via Paypal per week.
- To build Trust at the beginning, we can send the payment Day-by-Day for the first week. Then follow up paying per week.

*** Important: Make sure you include your portfolio so that I can check your skill, I will message you some example designs and I would like to see what you can do with them first.

And also let me know that if you can had the advantage of no.3 skill I mentioned above.
