Project Manager

We are looking for Project Managers who will partner with cross-functional leaders and team members to analyze and complete tasks to finish the processes involved in different projects in Boost Media Group. You'll also work with other Project Manager on related tasks.

The Work You'll Do:

Different team is tasked with various tasks across different departments within digital marketing efforts we have for our multiple clients. The Project Manager is responsible for driving execution of the integration plan within the projects assigned him.

More specifically you will:
*Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables, effectively adapting and modifying plans based on changing data or conditions
*Hold integration team members accountable for their commitments, milestones, resources, and deliverables
*Anticipate, identify, document, and manage key project risks, proposing appropriate mitigation and contingency plans and communicates in a timely manner to stakeholders and senior management
*Assist in problem solving by analyzing business and technical trade-offs among alternatives, and using objective judgment and influence to formulate and drive consensus on recommendations
*Frames communication and discussions for the intended audience, with appropriate context and line of sight
*Assists in creating clearly understandable & actionable success criteria, objectives, and requirements and communicates them to the team
*Keeping up-to-date with current digital trends and suggesting new ideas to enhance the digital strategy of the organisation.
*Delivers reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations
*Assists in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc.
*Administrative or other marketing support to assist with the efficient running of the department, as and when required.

What We Need From You:

*2-4 years of experience in a business-based/ managerial role preferred
*Sound analytical skills and attention to detail
*Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments and projects in a fast-paced environment
*Has a vast experience in creating and updating agendas
*Can work 9AM to 3PM Pacific Standard Time
